Great location, tucked away in a quiet street near everything. Fully equipped with tea, coffee, milk, and even chocolates and Prosecco. Parking nearby, and the house was warm and eco-friendly. Two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Would book again.

The location of this cute Victorian house was perfect, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. the parking was conveniently located just a 2-minute walk away, giving us peace of mind about our car. the house was well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Despite being close to a couple of pubs, the windows effectively blocked out most of the noise, making it a quiet and relaxing stay. the added bonus of arriving to Prosecco and chocolate was a lovely touch.
We felt completely relaxed and couldn't find anything to complain about.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, with all the restaurants, bars, and amenities within a short walking distance. Despite its central location, the area was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The house itself had been beautifully refurbished to a modern standard, and the addition of a bottle of prosecco and chocolates upon arrival was a lovely touch.
Parking was a bit of a hassle, as it was only available outside the property from 6pm to 8am. However, there was a great value parking option at the nearby Premier Inn, which was just under a mile away.

The location of this property was perfect, tucked away in a quiet side street but still very close to everything. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. the house was fully equipped with everything we needed, from tea and coffee to a welcome pack with a bottle of fizz and chocolates. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
While there were many positives, there were a couple of slight drawbacks. there was no outside area at the back of the house, so if you wanted some fresh air or to smoke, you had to stand outside the front door.

Located in the heart of the city, this charming Victorian house offers a convenient and central location. Guests loved the close proximity to restaurants, bars, and transportation options. The house itself was beautifully presented and equipped with modern technology. The owner's excellent communication and thoughtful touches such as basic amenities and welcome packs were highly appreciated.
Although the location was perfect, some guests noted the lack of an outside area at the back of the house, forcing smokers or those wanting fresh air to stand in front. Additionally, the stairs were slippery and required caution when climbing.
